We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and always on time. We partner only with reputed national courier companies who provide express shipping to ship your orders. On shipment, a confirmation email is sent to you, along with tracking details and expected date of delivery. Our packaging does not have any branding, marking or product description to ensure you can have your order delivered anywhere without disclosing the contents of the package.
For order above Rs.499 shipping is absolutely free. For orders below Rs.499 there is a normal fee of Rs.49 charged for delivery.
• We ship your order within 24-48 hours.
You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 2-3 working days in major cities and 12-15 days for other locations as per your pin code.
• You can track your order online once it is dispatched. While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability. We will intimate you in such cases we mail.
• If your location is not serviced by our courier service providers, we will ship the order by registered speed post, and delivery may take 5-10 working days.
• If you feel packaging is tampered with or damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery. Call us at +91-7838294216 or write us at email@example.com with your order number. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

We have a very easy hassle-free return policy. Simply return unworn, unwashed merchandise withall tags attached in the original box packing within 15 days of delivery. Dueto the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret thatit is not possible for us to accept returns on Briefs, Panties, Stick-On Bras,pasties and some of the accessories.
? Products that aresold as packs cannot be returned as individual items
? In the interests ofhygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn,washed or soiled.
? Gift wrapping chargeswill not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, any replacements you haveasked for will not be gift wrapped.
